This website is operated by Connoisseur Roots Distilling Company ("Perspection"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit or order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered.
- Age confirmation: your answer to the 21+ question. It is stored in your browser for the current session only and is not sent to us.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order, including age verification at delivery.
- To answer your questions.
- To meet our legal obligations for alcohol sales and taxes.
- To send marketing email only if you have asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the business: our payment processor, shipping carriers, and website host. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes, and delete other information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@perspectionspirits.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
Children
This site is for adults aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
